1.1 Do I need to register or set up an account with www.imaadperfumes.com to place an order?
No, you can begin a guest checkout if you’re in a hurry to finish your purchase with us. We also recommend that you set up an account to take advantage of our exclusive offers & customised features like Wishlist, Wallet system, Email newsletters and other benefits alternative delivery method.
1.2. I missed the delivery of my order. What should I do?
1.3. Will the courier delivery be tried again if I'm not able to collect my order the first time?
Our Delivery / Courier partners will make sure that the delivery is re-attempted the next working day if you can't collect your order the first time.
1.4. My order delivery is delayed. What should I do?
On rare occasions your order may be delayed due to natural disasters, please check your email & messages for updates. A new delivery timeframe will be shared with you via SMS or Email.
1.5. What should I do if my order is approved but hasn't been shipped yet?
Delivery partners usually ship orders 1-2 business days before the delivery date so that they reach you on time. In case your order hasn't been shipped within the time please contact our Customer care number so that we can look into it.
1.6. How will I know if my order has been received by Imaad Perfumes?
You will get an order confirmation email from firstname.lastname@example.org.
1.7 If an item is out of stock is there a way I can be notified when it becomes available?
Yes, you will be informed by email notification or via WhatsApp. You can pre-order the item if possible and once we have the item in stock it will be delivered as soon as it is available with us.

Imaad Perfumes offers you multiple payment methods. Our payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep all your transaction details confidential at all times. You may use Net Banking, approved digital payments, Imaad Wallet and Cards to make your purchase.
2.2 Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we don't offer COD to ensure social distancing.
2.3 Are there any hidden costs or taxes when I purchase Imaad Perfumes?
There are NO hidden charges, the prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay. Delivery / Shipping charges may be extra depending on the logistics partners policy. Please check individual orders for the same.
3.1 What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charge varies with each order basis various logistics partners who will fulfil the shipment. Please review the delivery charges on every order you place.
3.2 Why does the delivery date not match the delivery timeline of XX business days?
Our courier/logistics partners may have a holiday in between when you placed the order or the delivery date may change as some courier partners do not work on Sundays and this is factored into the delivery dates.
3.3 Do you ship to multiple addresses & zip codes?
Yes, depending on the availability of our logistics partners we can deliver across GCC & beyond.
3.4 What is the estimated delivery date?
Estimated delivery time depends on the following circumstances:
- Product’s availability with the Imaad Perfumes.
- The destination to which you want the order shipped to and location of the customer.
- Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
3.5. Does Imaad perfumes ship to post office boxes and other defence areas?
Yes, only if these locations allow inbound logistics/shipping deliveries.
4.1. Can I cancel my order?
You cancel your order within 24 hours from the time your order is placed on our website. Post 24 hours we will initiate the packaging and shipping procedures for all online orders and hence we will not be able to process any order cancellation.
4.2. How can I request for a replacement or refund for damaged product or wrong items sent to and how do I get my replacement?

4.3. How do returns work?
The returns will be processed only if:
- If the product is different from what has been ordered then you will receive a wallet refund in your Imaad website wallet to place another order.
- If an inaccurate product is received, you will receive a wallet refund in your Imaad website wallet to place another order.
- We do not process returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on our customer care number.
- We do not process cash refunds or cancellations unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please write to us at email@example.com
- We will examine it and notify you via email or SMS within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a refund or a cancellation as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the purchase price, by transferring to your wallet.
- You can cancel the order anytime within 24 hours Once you request for cancellation of your order, it will take 1-2 business days for the cancellation to reflect in our systems. The same will be notified to you by email. We will refund the entire amount in your wallet where you can proceed for your next purchase.
Note: If you’ve received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us as soon as you receive the delivery of our product.

Click on MY ACCOUNT at the top right corner of your screen: TO CHANGE EMAIL. (Click on My Account> Account Details > Scroll down to the EMAIL ADDRESS field > Change your EMAIL ADDRESS > Click on SAVE CHANGES) TO CHANGE PHONE NUMBER. (Click on My Account> Account Details > Scroll down to PHONE NUMBER field > Change your Phone Number > Click on SAVE CHANGES) TO CHANGE DISPLAY NAME or FIRST & LAST NAME. (Click on My Account> Account Details > Update DISPLAY NAME field or FIRST & LAST NAME field > Change your DISPLAY NAME > Click on SAVE CHANGES) TO CHANGE PASSWORD. (Click on My Account> Account Details > Scroll down to Password Change field > CURRENT PASSWORD (LEAVE BLANK TO LEAVE UNCHANGED) > NEW PASSWORD (LEAVE BLANK TO LEAVE UNCHANGED) > CONFIRM NEW PASSWORD > Click on SAVE CHANGES) TO CHANGE DELIVERY ADDRESS. (Click on My Account> Click on Addresses > Add or Update Shipping address > Click on SAVE CHANGES)
5.2. What do I do if I've forgotten my password for www.imaadperfumes.com?

Click on RESET PASSWORD button A password reset email will be sent to your email address for your account, and it may take several minutes to show up in your inbox. From your account dashboard you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses, and edit your password and account details.
5.3. How do I manage my Billing and Shipping Addresses?

5.5 I placed an order on Friday for next day delivery, why did I not get it until Tuesday?
Our cut off point is 4pm, Monday to Friday. Any order placed after 4pm will be processed through our dispatch system the next working day. We currently do not deliver at weekends.
