Shipping Policy

GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY 

  • We currently deliver the products pan GCC and outside GCC if indicated. For further clarification please contact our customer care team
  • Delivery charge varies with each order basis various logistics partners who will fulfil the shipment. Please review the delivery charges on every order you place.
  • Our courier/logistics partners may have a holiday in between when you placed the order or the delivery date may change as some courier partners do not work on Sundays and this is factored into the delivery dates.
  • Depending on the availability of our logistics partners we can deliver across GCC & beyond
  • Estimated delivery time depends on the following circumstances:
  • Product’s availability with the Imaad Perfumes
  • The destination to which you want the order shipped to and location of the customer.
  • Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
  • Orders received after any specified “cut off” or “last order” time or received on a day which is not a working day estimated delivery times will be CALCULATED from next business day
  • As part of the ordering process, you will be contacted for the supply of goods by our shipping/logistics partners. Upon placing an order, you will receive various email confirmations/text alerts concerning your order. In respect of each of these and any other similar email confirmation, please note that references to shipping; express courier; shipping and handling, and any other similar terms related to the services performed by our shipping partners.
  • Delivery information such as Customer Name, Location Address, and Contact Number will be stored for delivery purposes. Other personal identifiable information will not be stored.

GENERAL RETURNS POLICY

Legal Disclaimer: No cash refund will be entertained on Imaad Perfumes website.

Any accepted returns/refunds/cancellations will result in a full refund of equal monetary value into your Imaad website wallet after fraud or damage or depreciation assessment conducted by the Imaad customer care team. Please contact the customer care department to raise a ticket for further returns/refunds/cancellations resolution.

With the receipt of the returned product, we will examine it and notify you via email or SMS within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will refund the purchase price, by transferring the value into your Imaad website wallet so that you can place another order on our website once we process your wallet credit. The cost/value of the items purchased on the website will be refunded into your Imaad wallet only if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or that is returnable if it is different from its description on the product detail page on IMAAD WEBSITE.

Note: If you’ve received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us as soon as you receive the delivery of our product.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Agreement/Policy/Policies shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the UAE laws. The competent courts in Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction in all matters or disputes arising out of this Agreement/Policy/Policies only if deemed fit & accepted by Imaad Perfumes.

“Applicable Law” shall mean all applicable UAE laws, statutes, ordinances, rules, regulations, guidelines, policies and other pronouncements including amendments thereof having the force of law by Central, State, municipality, court, tribunal, Governmental Authority, ministry, department, commission or any judicial forum.
