Refund Policy

GENERAL REFUND POLICY

If you’ve received our products in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, the refund will be credited to your IMAAD WEBSITE wallet which is registered with us. If you’re asking for a refund for guest checkout, you will need to register with us and then ask for a refund with your invoice number and send a scanned copy of your invoice to customercare@imaadperfumes.com for us to further process your refund request

Collection of Payment by Payment Gateway

Imaad Perfumes will collect the payment from the BUYER through one or more of its designated payment gateways aggregators (“ Payment Gateway”) or on its own. BUYER authorises the Payment Gateway to act as Buyer's agent for the purposes of processing payments, refunds and adjustments for Buyer Transactions

BUYER agrees that as a security measure or in compliance with Applicable Law or any reason thereof, Imaad Perfumes or the Payment Gateway shall have the right (but not obligation) to impose limits or restriction on a transaction on the website. Neither Imaad Perfumes nor the Payment Gateway will be liable to the BUYER in case of any transaction failure to meet regulatory requirements or due to any technical failure or limitations of technology being used.

GENERAL REPLACEMENT POLICY

  • In case of returns/ refunds occasioned due to any reason attributable to the BUYER, Imaad Perfumes shall be entitled to deduct the logistics cost and payment gateway charges, on actuals, incurred by Imaad Perfumes on such returns/ refunds from the payment to BUYER.
  • Free replacements can be requested if the following conditions:
  • Items received are physically damaged.
  • If the item received has missing products.
  • Items received are different from their description on the product detail page.
  • We do not accept replacement unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please write to us at customercare@imaadperfumes.com
  • We will examine it and notify you via email or SMS within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the purchase price, by crediting equal value into your IMAAD WEBSITE wallet.

GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY

You cancel your order within a 24 hours period from the time your order is placed on our website. Post 24 hours we will initiate the packaging and shipping procedures for all online orders and hence we will not be able to accept any order cancellation requests.

Post 24 hours period the returns will be processed only if:

  • If the product delivered is different from what has been ordered you will receive a wallet refund in your IMAAD WEBSITE wallet to place another order
  • If an inaccurate product is received, you will receive a wallet refund in your IMAAD WEBSITE wallet to place another order
  • We do not process returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please write to us at customercare@imaadperfumes.com or call us on our customer care number to initiate IMAAD WEBSITE wallet refunds
  • We do not process cash refunds or cancellations even if the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please write to us at customercare@imaadperfumes.com for a wallet refund post which you can place another order
  • We will examine your written or verbal refund request and notify you via email or SMS within a reasonable period, whether if you’re entitled to a refund or a cancellation as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the purchase price into your IMAAD WEBSITE wallet.
  • You can cancel the order anytime within 24 hours by contacting the customer care team and once you request for cancellation of your order, it will take 1-2 business days for the cancellation to reflect in our systems. The same will be notified to you by verbally or via SMS or email post which we will refund the entire amount into your IMAAD WEBSITE wallet for you to proceed with your next purchase.

BEAUTY PRODUCT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

While we work to ensure that product information is correct, on occasion certain raw material manufacturers may alter their ingredient lists. Actual product packaging and materials may contain more and/or different information than that is shown on our website. We recommend that you do not solely rely on the information presented and that you always read labels, warnings, and directions before using or consuming a product. For additional information about a product, please contact our customer care team.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Agreement/Policy/Policies shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the UAE laws. The competent courts in Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction in all matters or disputes arising out of this Agreement/Policy/Policies only if deemed fit & accepted by Imaad Perfumes.

“Applicable Law” shall mean all applicable UAE laws, statutes, ordinances, rules, regulations, guidelines, policies and other pronouncements including amendments thereof having the force of law by Central, State, municipality, court, tribunal, Governmental Authority, ministry, department, commission or any judicial forum.
